Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan definition

Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan means the CoAdvantage Resources Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan, as may be adopted and implemented by the Company, the terms of which shall be incorporated herein by this reference upon the effective date thereof, or any additional or successor plan that may be offered under this Plan from time to time (any such additional or successor plan shall be deemed incorporated herein immediately upon the effective date thereof), which includes traditional, limited purpose and individual premium medical expense reimbursement accounts.

  • Any unused amounts remaining in an employee’s account at the end of the Plan year must be forfeited except as permitted by the IRC and the County’s Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan Document.

  • The Trust shall provide post-retirement medical benefits in compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code according to the Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (“Plan) of the Trust, only to individuals who have met the eligibility.

  • The Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan is designed to provide for reimbursement of Eligible Medical Expenses (as defined in Section 8.04) that are not reimbursed under an insurance plan, through damages, or from any other source.

  • The Employer may appoint a Reimbursement Recordkeeper which shall have the power and responsibility of performing recordkeeping and other ministerial duties arising under the Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan and the Dependent Care Reimbursement Plan provisions of this Plan.

  • FSA will be administered by the Employee Benefits and Services Division, consistent with IRS regulations and the County’s Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan Document.

  • Notwithstanding that a Participant has not had withheld and credited to his account all of his contributions elected with respect to a particular Plan Year, the entire aggregate annual amount elected with respect to this Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (increased by any Carryover to the Plan Year), shall be available at all times during such Plan Year to reimburse the participant for Eligible Medical Expenses with respect to this Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan.

  • Only medical care expenses incurred by a Participant or the Participant’s Dependent(s) on or after the date such Participant commenced participation in the Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan shall constitute an Eligible Medical Expense.

  • Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Medical Expense means an expense incurred at the time a past member or his or her health reimbursement account dependent is furnished the medical care or service. To be considered a medical expense under this act, the expense shall meet all of the following conditions:

  • Medical Reimbursement Programs means a collective reference to the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs and any other health care program operated by or financed in whole or in part by any foreign or domestic federal, state or local government.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Management Expenses means the Management Expenses more particularly described in Clause 10.1;

  • Health care expenses means, for purposes of Section 14, expenses of health maintenance organizations associated with the delivery of health care services, which expenses are analogous to incurred losses of insurers.

  • Covered Expenses means expenses actually incurred by or on behalf of a Covered Person for treatment, services and supplies covered by the Policy. Coverage under the Participating Organization’s Policy must remain continuously in force from the date of the Covered Accident or Sickness until the date treatment, services or supplies are received for them to be a Covered Expense. A Covered Expense is deemed to be incurred on the date such treatment, service or supply, that gave rise to the expense or the charge, was rendered or obtained.

  • Dependent Care Expenses means employment-related expenses incurred on behalf of a person who meets the requirements to be a "Qualifying Individual," as defined in the first bulleted item below. All of the following conditions must be met for such expenses to qualify as Dependent Care Expenses that are eligible for reimbursement:

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Medicare eligible expenses means expenses of the kinds covered by Medicare Parts A and B, to the extent recognized as reasonable and medically necessary by Medicare.

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Covered Expense means expense incurred only for the following:

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk’s office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replace- ments and office automation and information technol- ogy equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • Independent expenditure means an expenditure by a person:

  • Emergency Expenditures means any of the eligible expenditures set forth in the CERC Manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and required for the Contingent Emergency Response Part.

  • Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].

  • Severance Costs means the costs which the employers are legally obliged to pay to or in respect of the Crew as a result of the early termination of any employment contract for service on the Vessel.

  • Medical flexible spending arrangement means a benefit plan

  • Company Reimbursable Costs means the actual costs and expenses incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with performance of the Company Work or otherwise incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement, and including, without limitation, any such costs that may have been incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with the Company Work or this Agreement prior to the Effective Date. These Company Reimbursable Costs shall include, without limitation, the actual expenses for labor (including, without limitation, internal labor), services, materials, subcontracts, equipment or other expenses incurred in the execution of the Company Work, all applicable overhead, overtime costs, all federal, state and local taxes incurred (including, without limitation, all taxes arising from amounts paid to Company that are deemed to be contributions in aid of construction), all costs of outside experts, consultants, counsel and contractors, all other third-party fees and costs, and all costs of obtaining any required permits, rights, consents, releases, approvals, or authorizations acquired by or on behalf of Company, including, without limitation, the Required Approvals.
