Medicaid Advantage Plus Covered Services definition

Medicaid Advantage Plus Covered Services means those services included in the Medicaid Advantage Plus Benefit Package that are covered solely by Medicaid and which are not included in the Contractor's plan Benefit Package Bid submission proposal as approved by CMS.
