Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).
Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.
SCI has the meaning set forth with respect thereto in the preamble. ---
LEOS® means LEOS (Liquid Equity Option-linked noteS)®.
DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.
PRN means those medications and treatments that have been ordered by a qualified practitioner to be administered as needed.
The University means the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
CSO means combined sewer overflow.
SAIC means the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the laws of the PRC.
GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.
SCS means the Soil Conservation Service.
DSS means the Department of Social Services.
ABC means ABC, Inc., a New York corporation and a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Borrower, or any successor thereto.
AMS means the Federal Aviation Administration’s Acquisition Management System.
SES means - the State Emergency Service as described in the State Emergency Service Act 1989 No 164.
IDT means intradepartmental transfer.
Luminaire means a complete lighting unit consisting of a lamp or lamps together with the parts designed to distribute the light, to position and protect the lamps and to connect the lamps to the power supply.
Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.
Reseller means an entity authorized by Microsoft to resell Licenses under this program and engaged by an Enrolled Affiliate to provide pre- and post-transaction assistance related to this agreement;
