Maximum Delivery Period definition

Maximum Delivery Period means the period so designated in Appendix C which shall commence on the date that Nortel receives an Order or a Release.

More Definitions of Maximum Delivery Period

Maximum Delivery Period means, with respect to delivery of a particular Product, a period of six (6) months commencing on the date that the Purchase Order is accepted by PARAGON for such Product.

Counterparty shall promptly notify Dealer of the occurrence of any of the foregoing events (including the number of Shares subject to clause (i), (ii) or (iii) and the corresponding number of Shares to be delivered) and promptly deliver such Shares thereafter.
