SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes means, with respect to any SOFR Rate, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the interest period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Administrator decides, from time to time, may be appropriate to adjust such SOFR Rate in a manner substantially consistent with or conforming to market practice (or, if the Administrator decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrator determines that no market practice exists, in such other manner as the Administrator determines is reasonably necessary).
SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes means, with respect to any SOFR Rate, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the accrual period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the administrator decides, from time to time, may be appropriate to adjust such SOFR rate in a manner substantially consistent with or conforming to market practice (or, if the administrator decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the administrator determines that no market practice exists, in such other manner as the administrator determines is reasonably necessary).

The Administrator shall have the right to make SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes and, in connection with the implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes, from time to time.
Further, on behalf of the Issuing Entity, the Administrator shall perform the duties and obligations related to a transition from the then-current Benchmark, including, but not limited to the determination of a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date and any Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes or SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes pursuant to the terms of the Indenture.
Upon determination by the Administrator (on behalf of the Issuing Entity) of a Benchmark Replacement or the making of any Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes, the Administrator shall also cause the Servicer to include any information regarding the Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement, the Benchmark Replacement Adjustment and such Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes, or SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes provided by the Administrator (on behalf of the Issuing Entity).

SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes means, with respect to any SOFR Rate, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the Accrual Period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that Freddie Mac decides, from time to time, may be appropriate to adjust such SOFR Rate in a manner substantially consistent with or conforming to market practice (or, if Freddie Mac decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if Freddie Mac determines that no market practice exists, in such other manner as Freddie Mac determines is reasonably necessary).
SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes means, with respect to any SOFR Rate, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the Interest Accrual Period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Designated Transaction Representative decides, from time to time, may be appropriate to adjust such SOFR Rate in a manner substantially consistent with or conforming to market practice (or, if the Designated Transaction Representative decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Designated Transaction Representative determines that no market practice exists, in such other manner as the Designated Transaction Representative determines is reasonably necessary), in each case as notified to the Indenture Trustee, the Calculation Agent and the Administrative Agent at least twenty (20) calendar days prior to the posting of such SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes with the Payment Date Report notifying Noteholders of such changes and such SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes taking effect, which such changes shall automatically become effective without further action on behalf of any party (upon being provided with such Payment Date Report). The SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes will be prepared by the Designated Transaction Representative and delivered to the Indenture Trustee and Calculation Agent for posting with the Payment Date Report.
SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
