Maximum Aggregate Sales Charge Allowable means with respect to the Receivables relating to any Fund the maximum Asset Based Sales Charge which may be paid by the related Company, in respect of such Fund to the Distributor pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement, the Distribution Plan and the Prospectus, together with interest thereon at the Maximum Interest Allowable, relating to such Fund and pursuant to the “maximum sales charge rule” set forth in Section 2830 of the Conduct Rules, assuming the related Company, in respect of such Fund pays a separate Service Fee, unreduced by payments theretofore made in respect thereof by such Company, in respect of such Fund.

Related to Maximum Aggregate Sales Charge Allowable

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Maximum allowable cost means the maximum amount that a pharmacy benefit manager will reimburse a pharmacy for the cost of a drug.
