Material Modification means any modification to an Interconnection Request that has a material adverse effect on the cost or timing of Interconnection Studies related to, or any Network Upgrades or Local Upgrades needed to accommodate, any Interconnection Request with a later Queue Position.
Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.
Substantial modification means modification of a relevant source that results in a significant increase in emissions, excluding any change in emissions resulting from by-product recovery. It shall be a matter for the Party to decide whether a modification is substantial or not;
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Required Modification is defined in Section 10.1(a) of the Lease.
Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Permit modification means a revision to a Title V operating permit that cannot be accomplished under the provisions for administrative permit amendments found at rule 567—22.111(455B). A permit modification for purposes of the acid rain portion of the permit shall be governed by the regulations pertaining to acid rain found at rules 567—22.120(455B) to 567—22.147(455B). This definition of “permit modification” shall be used solely for purposes of this chapter governing Title V operating permits.
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
PAL major modification means, notwithstanding the definitions for major modification in 326 IAC 2-3-1(z) and net emissions increase in 326 IAC 2-3-1(dd), any physical change in or change in the method of operation of the PAL source that causes it to emit the PAL pollutant at a level equal to or greater than the PAL.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Notice of Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Significant Modification As defined in Section 3.25.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Tab 3 to Exhibit A.
Basic Terms Modification means any proposal:
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
