Master Advance Notice definition

Master Advance Notice has the meaning set forth in the Common Agreement.
Master Advance Notice. A request for an Advance and/or an Equity Advance delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3.1 of the Common Agreement, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit M to the Common Agreement.
Master Advance Notice. A request for an Advance delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3.1, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit M.

Master Advance Notice means a notice of request for an Advance delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 4.2.1(a) or Section 4.4.1 in accordance with the terms of Section 2.2.1, which shall contain the certifications required of the Borrower pursuant to Section 4.2.19 and Section 4.4.15, as applicable.

Related to Master Advance Notice

  • Advance Notice means a written notice in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto to the Investor executed by an officer of the Company and setting forth the Advance amount that the Company requests from the Investor.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Term SOFR Advance means an Advance that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of Term SOFR.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Advance Notice Date means each date the Company delivers to the Investor an Advance Notice requiring the Investor to advance funds to the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No Advance Notice Date shall be less than seven (7) Trading Days after the prior Advance Notice Date.

They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.

  • Periodic Advance The aggregate of the advances required to be made by a Servicer on any Distribution Date pursuant to its Servicing Agreement or by the Master Servicer or the Trustee hereunder, the amount of any such advances being equal to the total of all Monthly Payments (adjusted, in each case (i) in respect of interest, to the applicable Mortgage Interest Rate less the applicable Servicing Fee in the case of Periodic Advances made by a Servicer and to the applicable Net Mortgage Interest Rate in the case of Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer or Trustee and (ii) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reductions or reductions in the amount of interest collectable from the Mortgagor pursuant to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended, or similar legislation or regulations then in effect) on the Mortgage Loans, that (x) were delinquent as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, (y) were not the subject of a previous Periodic Advance by such Servicer or of a Periodic Advance by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as the case may be and (z) have not been determined by the Master Servicer, such Servicer or Trustee to be Nonrecoverable Advances.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(a).

  • Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 11:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.

  • Swing Loan Request means a request for Swing Loans made in accordance with Section 2.5.2 [Swing Loan Requests] hereof.

  • Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency dentification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.

  • Servicer Advance or "Servicing Advance" as defined in the applicable Purchase and Servicing Agreement.
