Management Agreement SNDA definition

Management Agreement SNDA means that certain Assignment, Consent and Subordination of Management Agreement, dated as of December 17, 2015, between Lender, Borrower, Operating Lessee and Manager, and any replacement subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreement entered into by any replacement manager in connection with a replacement management agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.

  • Collateral Management Agreement The agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Manager relating to the management of the Collateral Obligations and the other Assets by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
