Subordination of Management Agreement definition

Subordination of Management Agreement means that certain Subordination of Management Agreement dated the date hereof among Lender, Borrower and Manager, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Subordination of Management Agreement means that certain Subordination of Management Agreement and Management Fees (Mezzanine Loan), dated as of the date hereof, among Lender, Borrower, Mortgage Borrower and Manager, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Subordination of Management Agreement

Subordination of Management Agreement means that certain Subordination of Management Agreement of even date herewith made by the Manager in favor of Lender, in form and substance reasonable satisfactory to Lender, as the same may be modified, restated, supplemented or amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Subordination of Management Agreement means an assignment of management agreement and subordination of management fees among Borrower, Manager and Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F if, as and when required to be delivered in accordance with this Agreement.
