Managed Practice definition

Managed Practice has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Class D Purchase Agreement.
Managed Practice means any corporation, limited liability company, partnership or association that (a) owns or operates a Clinic, (b) is owned in whole or part by one or more licensed physicians or other Licensed Providers and (c) is party to a Management Services Agreement with Borrower or any Subsidiary.

  • The Company, its Subsidiaries and the Managed Practice have at all times made all disclosures to users or customers required by applicable laws and regulatory rules or requirements, and none of such disclosures made or contained in any Policy have, to the knowledge of the Company, been inaccurate or in violation of any applicable laws and regulatory rules or requirements in any material respect.

  • Each of the Company, its Subsidiaries and the Managed Practice meets all Program requirements and conditions of participation and are a party to valid participation or other agreements required for payment by such Programs and other third-party payor programs in which the Company is a participant.

Managed Practice means Elite Body Sculpture, P.C., Madison Avenue Medical PLLC, EBS Illinois, LLC, EBS - Texas, LLC, EBS Georgia, LLC and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership or association that is party to a management services agreement or similar agreement with the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates for the rendering of certain management services and other related services by the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates. Managed Practice means each physician practice with which the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Hospital Joint Ventures has a comprehensive strategic alliance through a management agreement or other contractual relationship.
Managed Practice means any radiation therapy professional association, professional corporation, partnership or similar Person that, pursuant to a Service Agreement, provides radiation therapy services at a center, clinic or other facility operated by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, or at a hospital or hospital department with which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has a Service Agreement.
