Maintenance Adjusted Base Value definition

Maintenance Adjusted Base Value means the Half-Life Base Value of an Asset, adjusted to account for the maintenance status of such Asset (with such assumptions as to use since the last reported status as may be reasonably stated in the appraisal setting forth such Maintenance Adjusted Base Value).
Maintenance Adjusted Base Value means the value of an Engine in an open, unrestricted, stable market environment with a reasonable balance of supply and demand, and with full consideration of the Engine’s “highest and best use”, presuming an arm’s- length, cash transaction between willing, able and knowledgeable parties, acting prudently, with an absence of duress and with a reasonable period of time available for marketing, adjusted to account for the maintenance status of such Engine (with such assumptions as to use since the last reported status as may be reasonably stated in the appraisal setting forth such Maintenance Adjusted Base Value).
Maintenance Adjusted Base Value means, as of any date of determination, with respect to any Aircraft, Airframe Engine or Spare Engine, the Half-Life Base Value thereof, adjusted to account for its maintenance status based upon maintenance data provided by Owner, as reflected in the corresponding Maintenance Report (which may be delivered by a different Eligible Appraiser from the one delivering the corresponding Appraisal) or reflected in the corresponding Appraisal, as applicable.

More Definitions of Maintenance Adjusted Base Value

Maintenance Adjusted Base Value means the Base Value of an Aircraft, taking into account the actual maintenance status and the actual specifications and modification status of such Aircraft.
Maintenance Adjusted Base Value means, for each Aircraft in the Borrower’s Portfolio at the applicable LTV Determination Date or LTV Cure Date, the average of three appraisals of the Base Value (each adjusted for actual maintenance status) from three Approved Appraisers with respect to such Aircraft (i) in the case of an LTV Determination Date, which are the appraisals delivered on such LTV Determination Date pursuant to Section 10.38(a) or (ii) in the case of an LTV Cure Date, which are the appraisals delivered on the related LTV Determination Date pursuant to Section 10.38(a) or, with respect to an Additionally Financed Aircraft added after such LTV Determination Date, appraisals dated as of a date no earlier than such appraisals.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Base Value With respect to any Mortgage Loan for which Additional Collateral has been pledged, the value of the Additional Collateral as determined with respect to that Mortgage Loan in accordance with the applicable underwriting guidelines.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Portfolio Adjusted Yield means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the average of the percentages obtained for each of the three preceding Monthly Periods by subtracting the Base Rate from the Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period and deducting 0.5% from the result for each Monthly Period.

  • AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount, as of any Valuation Date, means the dollar amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the product of the number of shares of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding on such Valuation Date multiplied by the sum of (a) $25,000 and (b) any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period; (B) the aggregate amount of cash dividends (whether or not earned or declared) that will have accumulated for each share of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding, in each case, to (but not including) the end of the current Dividend Period that follows such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will end within 49 calendar days of such Valuation Date or

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Specified Reserve Fund Balance means, on the Closing Date $3,846,153.85, and with respect to any Payment Date 0.25% of the initial aggregate principal balance of the Receivables as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • Specified Reserve Account Balance means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date; provided, however, on any Payment Date after the Notes are no longer Outstanding following payment in full of the principal and interest on the Notes, the “Specified Reserve Account Balance” shall be $0.

  • Adjusted Asset Value means, as of a given date, the sum of EBITDA attributable to malls, power centers and all other assets for the trailing four (4) quarters most recently ended, divided by (iii) 7.75%. In determining Adjusted Asset Value:

  • Class A/B Interest Coverage Test means the test which will apply as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date and which will be satisfied on such Measurement Date if the Class A/B Interest Coverage Ratio is at least equal to 120.0 per cent.

  • Appraised Value The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.

  • Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Required Reserve Factor Floor means, for any month, the sum (expressed as a percentage) of (i) 19.55% plus (ii) the product of the Adjusted Dilution Ratio and the Dilution Horizon Ratio, in each case, as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date.

  • Applied Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which, the sum of (i) the Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance and (ii) the Class C Certificate Principal Balance after distributions of principal on such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date.
