Location B definition

Location B shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.5 of this Agreement.
Location B. The City of Palm Coast Point of Ownership will be in an existing City of Palm Cost Network access location. This location is an in-ground splice closure located in Bunnell along the railroad tracks next to an Allied Fiber splice closure. Location C: The City of Palm Coast Point of Ownership will be in an existing City of Palm Coast Network access location. This location is a rack mounted splice closure located in Colocation Facility #1.
Location B means the seedling benches and adjacent analytical laboratory within the compound managed by CSR’s Technical Field Department at Kalamia Mill, 6kms NE of Ayr, Queensland, within the Burdekin Shire Council, Parish of Antill, County of Gladstone, Lot 18, RP702297.   • When the AO determines it is necessary for a traveler to retain lodging at one TDY location (Location A) for other than personal convenience and procure lodging at a second TDY location (Location B) on the same calendar day, the lodging cost incurred at the second TDY location (Location B) at which the traveler remained overnight is used for computing the member’s per diem for TDY at that location (Location B) for that day.

  • Location as used in the Economic Load Response rules shall mean an end-use customer site as defined by the relevant electric distribution company account number. Locational Deliverability Area (LDA):

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point.   • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Permanent foster care means an out-of-home placement in which there is a long-term

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.
