Local project sponsor means recreational lake districts established pursuant to Iowa Code chap- ter 357E, local units of government, incorporated lake protection or improvement associations or other associations of persons directly affected by the deteriorated condition of lakes and willing to assist fi- nancially in alleviating those deteriorated conditions.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project.   • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.

  • Capital Project means a project consisting of the construction, rehabilitation, demolition, relocation, preservation, acquisition, or other physical improvement that is an integral part of, or is necessary for completion of a Project.
