Local Coordinator Leave. The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.
Local Coordinator Leave. The Employer agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to employees elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position whenever possible.
Local Coordinator Leave. The Hospital agrees to grant up to twenty-five (25) days of leaves of absence, without pay to nurses elected to the position of Local Coordinator. Extra days may be granted if the staffing compliment allows for the replacement. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Coordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.
Local Coordinator Leave. The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to employees elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. The request must be made in writing. The Union will provide the Hospital with two (2) weeks notice prior to the commencement of the leave. In extenuating circumstances this time may be reduced. It is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.
Local Coordinator Leave. An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses’ Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty (30) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses’ Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in E.1 above.
Local Coordinator Leave. The Manor agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to employees elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. Subject to reasonable notice and subject to availability of staffing for the normal operation of the Manor, it is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.
Local Coordinator Leave. The Employer agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses elected to the position of Local Coordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Coordinator shall be granted twelve (12) days per year to fulfill the duties of the position. These days will not be counted in the Union Leave days referred to in Article E.01. This provision will apply to only one Co-coordinator position.
Local Coordinator Leave. In accordance with Article 11.02 of the Central Agreement, the Hospital will grant leaves of absence without pay, to a nurse who is elected to the position of Local Coordinator, up to a total of forty (40) days each calendar year, provided four (4) weeks' notice is given in writing to the Clinical Co-ordinator or the Scheduling Clerk from the Local Coordinator whenever possible. Arrangement for staff coverage will be made by the Clinical Co-ordinator or his/her delegate at the time of the request being granted. These leaves of absence will be separate from and not counted against Leave for Union business in Article F-1 above.
Local Coordinator Leave. Should a St. Xxxxxx Xxxxx General Hospital nurse become elected to this position, the Union and Hospital will meet to review the commitment and work out the details to facilitate the leave.
Local Coordinator Leave. It is understood that should a nurse be elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator the requirements of J.1 and J.2 will apply except that notwithstanding J.1, the Local Co-ordinator may request a leave of absence for Association business up to a maximum of twenty (20) days (1 day = 7.5 hours) during each calendar year.
