Loan Documentation Package definition

Loan Documentation Package means with respect to each Insurance Premium Loan, each document, in form and substance substantially similar to the forms attached hereto as Exhibit F, or otherwise acceptable to the Agents.

  • The Assignor and the Assignee shall make all appropriate adjustments in payments under the Loan Documentation Package for periods prior to the Settlement Date directly between themselves on the Settlement Date.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
