LKE Proceeds definition

LKE Proceeds means the proceeds received by the LKE Qualified Intermediary from an LKE Account or from the sale of Equipment or Inventory in cash or otherwise, in each case in accordance with the LKE Master Exchange Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 9.9 or in any other Loan Document, Agent and each Lender hereby waive all rights of setoff, whether granted hereunder, pursuant to applicable law or otherwise, with respect to any LKE Proceeds in a LKE Joint Account, in each case so long as such LKE Proceeds constitute “Excluded Property” (as defined in the Guaranty and Security Agreement).

  • Purchase Proceeds means any cash amounts received by the Master Servicer in connection with: (i) the repurchase of a Mortgage Loan or an REO Mortgage Loan by a Seller pursuant to Section 2.3 or (ii) the purchase of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties by the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the holders of the Class R-I Certificates pursuant to Section 10.1(b).

  • Disposition Proceeds means, with respect to each Group I/II Non-Program Vehicle, the net proceeds from the sale or disposition of such Group I/II Eligible Vehicle to any Person (other than any portion of such proceeds payable by the Group I/II Lessee thereof pursuant to any Group I/II Lease).

  • Available Proceeds means, with respect to a Liquidation Event or Enforcement Event, as of a particular day:
