Litigation Trust Loan Agreement definition

Litigation Trust Loan Agreement means an agreement among the Reorganized Debtors and the Litigation Trust governing the Litigation Trust Loan Proceeds to be entered on the Effective Date, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable, consistent with Sections 5.2(b) and 5.16 of the Plan, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Committee and the Requisite First Lien Lenders.
Litigation Trust Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement to be executed by Newco in the form of Exhibit 8 hereto, subject to non-substantive changes.
Litigation Trust Loan Agreement means the Litigation Trust Loan Agreement to be dated as of the Effective Date establishing the terms and conditions of the Litigation Trust Loan.
