LIHTC Housing Requirements definition

LIHTC Housing Requirements means applicable Low-Income Housing Tax Credits requirements as provided in Section 42 of the Code, and as required during the compliance period specified therein and any extended use period under the Extended Use Agreement.
LIHTC Housing Requirements means all rules and requirements applicable to low- income housing tax credits as found in Section 42 of the Code (and the Treasury regulations promulgated thereunder) and in the Regulatory Agreements.
LIHTC Housing Requirements means applicable LIHTC requirements set forth in Section 42 of the Code, and as required by the Credit Agency and/or any other Governmental Authority during the compliance period and extended use period applicable to the Project.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary, the Lease will not be terminated by Tenant without the prior written consent of the Permitted Leasehold Mortgagees and, during the applicable fifteen (15)-year tax credit compliance period under the LIHTC Housing Requirements, as well as any other applicable time period under other applicable requirements, the Investor Limited Partner.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all applicable (i) Data Protection Laws, (ii) Privacy Policies and (iii) those terms of any Contracts imposing obligations on the Company or its Subsidiaries with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • REIT Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Maintenance Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;
