Licensed independent social worker definition

Licensed independent social worker for purposes of this chapter means a person who is licensed as an independent social worker under Iowa Code chapter 154C in activities which are directed at en- hancing or restoring people’s capacity for social functioning, whether impaired by environmental, emotional, or physical factors, with particular attention to the person-in-situation configuration.
