Securitization Bonds means Debt of one or more Securitization SPEs, issued pursuant to The Customer Choice and Electricity Reliability Act, Act ▇▇. ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, as the same may be amended from time to time.
