Letter of Credit Guarantee definition

Letter of Credit Guarantee means the agreement for the substitution of applicants or such other form of guarantee or indemnity agreement which is acceptable to the Issuing Bank and the Agent, supporting the issuance of Letters of Credit by the Issuing Bank provided the aggregate amount of all such Letters of Credit issued and to be issued shall not exceed the Letter of Credit Sub-Line.
Letter of Credit Guarantee means any Guarantee pursuant to which FCC or any of its Affiliates Guarantees to an Issuing Bank, the payment or performance by a Loan Party of its Reimbursement Obligations under any Letter of Credit, including by FCC's (or such Affiliate's) joining in the Reimbursement Agreement for such Letter of Credit as a co-applicant or otherwise as acceptable to the Issuing Bank.
Letter of Credit Guarantee means the Guarantee dated as of December 15, 1999 by the Borrower in favor of the Midwest LC Issuer as from time to time amended, supplemented, amended and restated, or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
