Examples of Lender Authorization in a sentence

  • A facsimile, telecopy, pdf or other reproduction of this Lender Authorization may be executed by one or more parties hereto, and an executed copy of this Lender Authorization may be delivered by one or more parties hereto by facsimile or similar instantaneous electronic transmission device pursuant to which the signature of or on behalf of such party can be seen, and such execution and delivery shall be considered valid, binding and effective for all purposes.

Related to Lender Authorization

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
