A Notice to a party shall be effective when delivered to such party’s Notice Address by any means, including, without limitation, personal delivery by the party giving the Notice, delivery by United States regular, certified or registered mail, or delivery by a commercial courier or delivery service. If the Notice Address of a party includes a facsimile number or electronic mail address, Notice given by facsimile or electronic mail shall be effective when delivered at such facsimile number or email address. If delivery of a Notice is refused, it shall be deemed to have been delivered at the time of such refusal of delivery. The party giving a Notice shall have the burden of establishing the fact and date of delivery or refusal of delivery of a Notice.

Website means the City of Tulsa’s website for the Purchasing Division: www.cityoftulsapurchasing.org.
Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.
17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The 17g-5 Information Provider’s Internet website, which shall initially be located within the Certificate Administrator’s Website (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), under the “NRSRO” tab on the page relating to this transaction.

Communications Provider means a person who provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;

Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The website established and maintained by the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider pursuant to Section 12.06 and Section 12.13 of this Agreement, initially located at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, under the “NRSRO” tab for the related transaction.
electronic address means any number or address used for the purposes of sending or receiving notices, documents or information by electronic means;

Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.
Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:
Address of use means the building or buildings that are identified on the license and where radioactive material may be received, used or stored.
Mediation communication means a statement, whether oral, in a record, verbal or nonverbal, that occurs during a mediation or is made for purposes of considering, conducting, participating in, initiating, continuing, or reconvening a mediation or retaining a mediator.

Rating Agencies Information Website The internet website with respect to the Notes, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, access to which is limited to the Rating Agencies and NRSROs who have been provided access.
Contact Information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;
Internet Website The Internet Websites maintained by the Trustee and, if applicable, the Master Servicer initially located at "xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx" and "xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx", respectively, or such other address as provided to the parties hereto from time to time.
NYFRB’s Website means the website of the NYFRB at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.
Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.
