Legal counsel to the board means the assistant attorney general assigned to provide legal advice and representation to the board.
Legal Counsel means attorneys and staff employed by county
Special Legal Counsel means a law firm, or a member of a law firm, that is experienced in matters of corporate law and neither presently is, or in the past two years has been, retained to represent (i) the Indemnitor or the Indemnitee in any matter material to either such party, or (ii) any other party to the Proceeding giving rise to a claim for indemnification hereunder.
Professional counselor means a person who practices counseling as defined in § 54.1-3500.
Executive Director means the executive director of the

Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Licensed professional counselor means a counselor licensed by a Member State, regardless of the title used by that State, to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.
Special Counsel means one special counsel to the Holders, for which the Holders will be reimbursed by the Company pursuant to Section 4.

Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
General Counsel means the General Counsel of the Corporation.
Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Liaison Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx & Associates L.C.
Chief Investor Relations Officer means such senior officer of the Company appointed by the Board of directors to deal with dissemination of information and disclosure of UPSI in a fair and unbiased manner.
Lead Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP.
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.
joint board means the Townsville-Thuringowa Water Supply Joint Board.
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
