Lead Contractor Member definition

Lead Contractor Member means, where the Lead Contractor is an incorporated or unincorporated joint venture, each member or joint venturer in the Lead Contractor.
Lead Contractor Member means, if the Lead Contractor is a limited liability company, partnership, or joint venture, each member or partner (as applicable) of the Lead Contractor.
Lead Contractor Member means, where the Lead Contractor is a Joint Venture, each member or Joint Venturer in the Lead Contractor.

  • Letters stating the Lead Contractor or the Lead Contractor Member has unlimited bonding capacity are not acceptable.

  • The Lead Contractor or at least one Lead Contractor Member must provide a letter from a surety stating that the Lead Contractor or such Lead Contractor Member is capable of obtaining a performance bond and a payment bond each in an amount no less than $1,750,000,000.

  • If audited financials are not available for the Lead Contractor or a Lead Contractor Member, the SOQ shall include unaudited financial statements for such Lead Contractor or Lead Contractor Member certified as true, correct and accurate by the chief financial officer or treasurer of the entity.

  • If any of the Lead Contractor or a Lead Contractor Member is a limited liability entity or a newly formed entity, a Financially Responsible Party must be identified and included with respect to the Lead Contractor’s or the Lead Contractor Member’s obligations relating to the Project (and all information required of Financially Responsible Parties must be provided).

Related to Lead Contractor Member

  • Lead Contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a license by the Board to enter into contracts to perform lead abatements.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Prospective state contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that (i) submits a response to a state contract solicitation by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, or a proposal in response to a request for proposals by the state, a state agency or a quasi-public agency, until the contract has been entered into, or (ii) holds a valid prequalification certificate issued by the Commissioner of Administrative Services under section 4a-100. "Prospective state contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • EPC means engineering, procurement and construction;

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • Contractor Representative means any of the following:

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • Project Sponsor means an eligible governmental agency receiving program funds pursuant to an approved application.

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member (except to the extent the Managing Member holds Non-Managing Member Units).

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Nominated sub Contractor means all specialists, merchants, tradesmen and others executing any special work or supplying any materials for which provisional or prime cost sums are included in the contract, who may have been or be nominated or selected or approved by the Employer / Employer’s Engineer and shall be deemed to be employed by the contractor.

  • Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;

  • Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.
