Notwithstanding the definition of Expiration Date under the Plan, however, if Participant’s Termination Date occurs on account of Retirement (as defined below), the Option shall remain exercisable until the earlier of the 12 month anniversary of Participant’s Termination Date or the Latest Expiration Date set forth above.
