Last Averaging Date definition

Last Averaging Date means a trading day between and including the First Possible Last Averaging Date and the Last Possible Last Averaging Date, as determined by UBS. Notice of the Last Averaging Date shall be given by UBS not later than 8:00 p.m. New York time on the Last Averaging Date. Notice shall be irrevocable once provided to Issuer. If no notice is provided, then the Last Averaging Date shall be the Last Possible Last Averaging Date.

Related to Last Averaging Date

  • Averaging Date means each date specified as an Averaging Date in the relevant Final Terms or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless such day is a Disrupted Day in the opinion of the Calculation Agent. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Averaging Dates means, in respect of each Valuation Date, each of the dates specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 6(l) as set out below.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means, with respect to any Note as to which Cash Settlement or Combination Settlement is applicable, the 45 consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the second Trading Day immediately following the related Conversion Date; except that “Cash Settlement Averaging Period” means, with respect to any Conversion Date occurring during the Final Conversion Period, the 45 consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the 46th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date.

  • Averaging Period means the time over which a limit is measured or a monitoring result is obtained;

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month.   • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Base Date means a date 30 day prior to the submission of tenders.

  • LIBOR Adjustment Date With respect to any Payment Date, the second business day before the related Accrual Period begins. For this purpose, a “business day” is a day on which banks are open for dealing in foreign currency and exchange in London, New York City and Washington, D.C.

  • National Cost of Funds Index The National Monthly Median Cost of Funds Ratio to SAIF-Insured Institutions published by the Office of Thrift Supervision.

  • Opening Average Share Value means the average, over the trading days in the Opening Average Period, of the closing price of a company’s stock multiplied by the Accumulated Shares for each trading day during the Opening Average Period.

  • Determination Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong, London and New York City;

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.
