Tranche One definition

Tranche One has the meaning set forth in the definition of the term “Tranche”.
Tranche One is defined in Section 2.2(a).
Tranche One shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

Tranche One means the initial capital raising of up to $3,500,000 of B Shares in Odin "Tranche Two" means the second capital raising of up to $3,500,000 of B Shares in Odin. “Tranche Three” means the third capital raising of up to $3,500,000 of B Shares in Odin

Unless otherwise agreed, financial responsibility for the costs, fees and expenses associated with an Upgrade of Software or Equipment shall be allocated between the Parties in accordance with the MPSA or as set forth in the applicable Supplement. “Upper Bound” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-B, Section 6(f). “Vendor Service” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-A, Section 8.2(i). “Weighted Score” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-B, Section 6(e). “Welfare Plans” has the meaning given in Exhibit 13, Section 2.5(b). “Workaround Period” has the meaning given in Section 20.3(d). “Work Order(s)” has the meaning given in Section 1.1(b).
