Lake Robinson (Darlington and Chesterfield counties) means all waters of Black Creek and its tributaries impounded by the Lake Robinson Dam upstream to its headwaters west of S.C. State Highway S‑13‑46 in Chesterfield County.

Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

Spring means a source of water where an aquifer comes in contact with the ground surface.
Freeway means a divided multi-lane highway for through traffic with all crossroads separated in grade and with full control of access.
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.

Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty percent of all crossroads separated in grade.
Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use
Lake means a natural or man-made impoundment of water with more than one acre of water surface area at the high water level.
Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.

Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. Crossing means a utility facility constructed over, under, or across a railroad right-of-way. The term does not include longitudinal occupancy of railroad right-of-way.
Parkway means the area between a sidewalk and the curb or traffic lane. It may be planted or unplanted, and with or without pedestrian egress.

Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

SC means the Special Conditions of Contract by which the GC may be amended or supplemented.
Post Office Box means the separate post office box in the name of the Trust established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.2.

River means a flowing body of water or a portion or tributary of a flowing body of water, including streams, creeks, or impoundments and small lakes thereon.
