Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.
hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;
Lacquer means a clear or opaque wood coating, including clear lacquer sanding sealers, formulated with cellulosic or synthetic resins to dry by evaporation without chemical reaction and to provide a solid, protective film.
EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
WURA means the Winding-Up and Restructuring Act (Canada).
OJEU means the Official Journal of the European Union.
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;
CARB means the California Air Resources Board.
ORI means the Office of Research Integrity, the office within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) that is responsible for the research misconduct and research integrity activities of the U.S. Public Health Service.
MARO mean "months after the effective date for award of the contractual action (as shown in block 3, Section A, SF 26)".
Taka means the currency of the Borrower;
SADC means the Southern African Development Community;
IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
SONIA means, in respect of any Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average rate for such Business Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page or, if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise published by such authorised distributors in each case on the Business Day immediately following such Business Day;
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
Hashish means the resin extracted from any part of the plant
SANAS means the South African National Accreditation System;
PETE means polyethylene terephthalate, labeled by the SPI code #1.
WOj means the lowest performance (expressed as a percentage) among the Indices as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula: Mini = 1 to 2 Where:

SAM means the federal System for Award Management (SAM); which is the federal repository into which an entity must provide information required for the conduct of business as a recipient. 2 CFR 25 Appendix A (1)(C)(1).
