Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;
Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.
Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.
Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;
Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.
Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.
Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.
Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.
Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3 means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
Digital Signal Level 1 or "DS1" means the 1.544 Mbps first-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy. In the time-division multiplexing hierarchy of the telephone network, DS1 is the initial level of multiplexing. There are twenty-eight (28) DS1s in a DS3.
Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;
Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).
Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;
Anti-Static Product means a product that is labeled to eliminate, prevent, or inhibit the accumulation of static electricity. “Anti-Static Product” does not include “Electronic Cleaner,” “Floor Polish or Wax,” “Floor Coating,” and products that meet the definition of “Aerosol Coating Product” or “Architectural Coating.”
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
TARGET 2 means the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system which utilises a single shared platform and which was launched on 19 November 2007.
Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
Pivotal Clinical Trial means, with respect to a Licensed Product, (a) a phase 3 Clinical Trial or (b) any other clinical trial that is intended (as of the time the study is initiated) to obtain the results and data to support (without the need to conduct any additional clinical trial) the filing of an application for Regulatory Approval for such product.
Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).
