Key Managerial Persons definition

Key Managerial Persons means person as defined in Section 2(51) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Key Managerial Persons or “KMP” means the Managing Director, Whole Time Director, Chief Financial Officer and the Company Secretary of the Company and any other persons as shall be designated under the Companies Act.
Key Managerial Persons. (KMPs) means as defined in the IRDAI (Registration of Indian Insurance Companies) Regulations, 2022.

More Definitions of Key Managerial Persons
