John Fredriksen Family means John Fredriksen, his direct lineal descendants, the personal estate of any of the aforementioned persons and any trust created for the benefit of one or more of the aforementioned persons and their estates.
SERFF means the system for electronic rate and form filing. SERFF is a proprietary NAIC computer-based application that allows insurers and other entities to create and submit rate, rule and form filings electronically to the commissioner.
Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
Family Trust means, with respect to any natural Person, a trust, limited partnership or limited liability company benefiting solely such individual and/or the Family Members of such individual.

Warburg means Warburg Pincus Private Equity VIII, L.P.
Investment adviser representative means an individual employed by or associated with an investment adviser or federal covered investment adviser and who makes any recommendations or otherwise gives investment advice regarding securities, manages accounts or portfolios of clients, determines which recommendation or advice regarding securities should be given, provides investment advice or holds herself or himself out as providing investment advice, receives compensation to solicit, offer, or negotiate for the sale of or for selling investment advice, or supervises employees who perform any of the foregoing. Xxxxxxx Family means Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx and the members of their Families.
Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
McDaniel means McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd.
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
Carlyle means Carlyle Investment Management, LLC.
Blackstone means collectively, The Blackstone Group L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and any Affiliate thereof (excluding any natural persons and any portfolio companies of any Blackstone-sponsored fund).
Embalmer means any person engaged in the practice of embalming.
Associates has the meaning ascribed to it under the Listing Rules
Family Trusts means, with respect to any individual, trusts or other estate planning vehicles established for the benefit of Family Members of such individual and in respect of which such individual serves as trustee or in a similar capacity.
Sproule means Sproule Associates Limited;
young person means a person who falls within the definition of qualifying young person in section 142 of the SSCBA.
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
LLP means a limited liability partnership as defined under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008;
Managing Partner means KKR Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Companion Loan Holder Representative With respect to each Serviced Companion Loan, any representative appointed by the related Companion Loan Holder.
Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).
barrister means the barrister, practising as a member of the Bar of England and Wales, who is supplying the Services in accordance with the Agreement; a "Business Day" means a day that is neither a weekend nor a public holiday in England;
investor relations person means a person that is a registrant or that provides services that include investor relations activities;
Investment Adviser or "Adviser" means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
