JDC Chair definition

JDC Chair is defined in Section 3.1(a).
JDC Chair has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • The JDC Chair will ensure that minutes are prepared and distributed to each member of the JDC promptly after each meeting.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Committee Chair means the Chair of a Committee;

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Vice-Chairman means the Vice Chairman of the Board.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Committee Meeting means a meeting of the Committee.

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Chairman means the Chairman of the Board.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
