Issuing Bank Agreement definition

Issuing Bank Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(i).
Issuing Bank Agreement means an agreement in the form of Exhibit C, or in any other form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, pursuant to which a Lender agrees to act as an Issuing Bank.
