Issuer Trading Suspension definition

Issuer Trading Suspension means, for any Issuer, any suspension of trading of the Shares of such Issuer by the applicable Exchange on any Scheduled Trading Day (whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the Exchange or otherwise) for more than seven (7) consecutive Scheduled Trading Days.
Issuer Trading Suspension means the occurrence of five consecutive Disrupted Days.
Issuer Trading Suspension means that the Shares have been suspended from trading on the Applicable Exchange for three consecutive Scheduled Trading Days or the Shares have not traded on the Applicable Exchange for any other reason for three consecutive Scheduled Trading Days; provided that trading in securities of other issuers generally occurs on the Applicable Exchange on such Scheduled Trading Days.

Issuer Trading Suspension means any suspension of trading of the Common Shares or Merger Shares by the Exchange on any Exchange Day (whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the Exchange or otherwise) for more than (i) two (2) consecutive Scheduled Trading Days where other securities trade generally on the Exchange or (ii) five (5) consecutive Scheduled Trading Days where other securities do not trade generally on the Exchange, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Issuer Trading Suspension means that the Shares have been suspended from trading on the Applicable Exchange for the number of consecutive Scheduled Trading Days specified in the Letter Agreement, the Shares have not traded on the Applicable Exchange for any other reason for the number of consecutive Scheduled Trading Days specified in the Letter Agreement and/or the number of consecutive Scheduled Trading Days specified in the Letter Agreement are Disrupted Days.
