Judgment Currency definition
Judgment Currency has the meaning specified in Section 10.19.

Examples of Judgment Currency in a sentence
Notwithstanding any judgment in a currency (“Judgment Currency”) other than the Agreement Currency, an Obligor shall discharge its obligation in respect of any sum due under a Loan Document only if, on the Business Day following receipt by Agent or any Secured Party of payment in the Judgment Currency, Agent or such Secured Party can use the amount paid to purchase the sum originally due in the Agreement Currency.
