Israeli CPI definition

Israeli CPI means the Israeli consumer price index published by the Israeli Central Bureau of Statistics;
Israeli CPI means the Israeli consumer price index (also known as the cost of living index) which includes fruit and vegetables and which is published by the Israeli Central Bureau of Statistics or any entity which replaces it. LAWS AND REGULATIONS - The laws and regulations, orders, rules, ordinances, statutes, standards and administrative orders in Israel, as amended, and/ supplemented and/or modified from time to time.

  • Company Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b).

  • HKEx means the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

  • CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;

  • IPC means the interim payment certificate issued by the Authority’s Engineer for payment to the Contractor in respect of Contractor’s claims for payment raised in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

  • CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.

  • Parent Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

  • GLO means the Texas General Land Office, its officers, employees, and designees.

  • ESPP means the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.

  • Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands.
