Invoiced Costs definition

Invoiced Costs is the sum invoiced to the Parishes by Northants Police pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of the Principal Agreement.
Invoiced Costs means the costs and expenses that, from time to time, the Parties identify as, and agree in writing are, the Invoiced Costs.
Invoiced Costs means the costs and expenses set forth on Schedule 1.1(e).

  • Estimated Costs means costs estimated by the Authority as likely to be:

  • Recovered Costs means any amounts referred to in clauses (d) and/or (e) of the definition of “Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price” that, at the time of determination, had been previously paid or reimbursed to any Servicer from sources other than collections on or in respect of the Mortgage Loan or the Mortgaged Property (including, without limitation, from collections on or in respect of loans other than the Mortgage Loan).

  • Related Costs means lodging and, if necessary, physical protection for the Covered Person during or while waiting for Transport to the Nearest Place of Safety. Related Costs will include temporary lodging, if necessary, while a Covered Person is waiting to be transported back to the Host Country, Home Country or other country where the Policyholder that sponsored the Covered Person’s Trip is located.   • Third Party Costs means all such third party costs (including legal and other professional fees) in respect of each Individual Scheme as a Partner reasonably and properly incurs in the proper performance of its obligations under this Agreement and as agreed by the Partnership Board. Working Day means 8.00am to 6.00pm on any day except Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday (in England) under the Banking & Financial Dealings Act 1971.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Unallowable Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.

  • Manufacturing Costs means the costs of Processing that generate Manufacturing Proceeds received by Grantor.

  • Allowable Costs means the costs defined as allowable in 42 CFR, Chapter IV, Part 413, as amended to October 1, 2007, except for the purposes of calculating direct medical education costs, where only the reported costs of the interns and residents are allowed. Further, costs are allowable only to the extent that they relate to patient care; are reasonable, ordinary, and necessary; and are not in excess of what a prudent and cost-conscious buyer would pay for the given service or item.

  • Third Party Payments means the payment made through instruments issued from an account other than that of the beneficiary investor mentioned in the application form. However, in case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named applicant/investor has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Actual Costs means any costs, direct losses and expenses (including any loss of revenue) reasonably incurred or reasonably expected to be incurred by the Train Operator including those attributable to limb (f) of a Category 3 Disruption and any increase in Variable Costs but net of:

  • Indemnified Costs has the meaning specified in Section 8.05(a).

  • Patent Expenses means the fees and expenses of outside counsel and payments to Third Parties incurred after the Effective Date in connection with the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of the Licensed Patents, the Joint Collaboration Patents, and the Shire Patents covering Compound and Collaboration Products, including the costs of patent interference and opposition proceedings, net of any reimbursement of such expenses by Third Parties.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.
