Investment Medium definition

Investment Medium means any fund, contract, obligation, or other mode of investment to which a Participant may direct the investment of the assets of his Account.
Investment Medium means any fund, contract, obligation, or other mode of investment, including FPA Common Stock, to which a Participant may direct the investment of the assets in his Account.

  • The amounts contributed by all Participants to each Investment Medium shall be commingled for investment purposes.
