Investment in Joint Venture definition

Investment in Joint Venture means any Investment in a Joint Venture that is formed for the purpose of acquiring land, the majority of which land is zoned residential and is to be developed into residential lots for attached or detached single family housing (including a townhouse condominium building or condominium building), and/or performing such development. The value of Investments in Joint Ventures shall be calculated in accordance with GAAP.
