INVESTMENT CHOICES definition

INVESTMENT CHOICES means the reference investment vehicles made available by the Plan Administrator from time to time in which Participants' Deferral Amounts and Prior Balances will be deemed to be invested pursuant to Section 4.2 of Article 4.
INVESTMENT CHOICES means the investment vehicles made available by the Administrator from time to time in which Participants' Deferred Compensation will be deemed to be invested pursuant to Section 4.2.
INVESTMENT CHOICES means the investment vehicles made available by the Administrator from time to time in which a Participant's Deferred Amount will be invested pursuant to Section 4.2.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Investment Provider means any commercial bank or trust company, bank holding company, investment company or other entity (which may include the Trustee, the Bond Registrar or the Paying Agent), whose credit rating (or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements) by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or is otherwise acceptable to each such Rating Agency in order to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency, which Investment Providers shall be approved by the Authority for the purpose of providing investment agreements.

  • Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.

  • Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:

  • Investment End Date : means 11 November 2022, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.
