International Regulatory Approvals definition

International Regulatory Approvals means all ---------------------------------- registrations, licenses and approvals required for the importation, sale and distribution of the Product for ophthalmic surgery in the Non-Exclusive Territory.
International Regulatory Approvals means any Marketing Approval of each Product (including, Certification of Pharmaceutical Product) by any federal, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other government entity of either United States of America, European Union and, Australia.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).
