Interest Equivalents definition

Interest Equivalents means funding costs arising from the rolling over of Open Positions into the next day in OTC stock index CFD transactions and OTC commodity CFD transactions;
Interest Equivalents means any security or obligation that is by its terms convertible into or exchangeable for Interests or other securities of the Company, and any option, warrant or other subscription or purchase right with respect to Interests or such other securities.
