Insurance Matters Agreement definition

Insurance Matters Agreement means the Insurance Matters Agreement between the Parties of even date herewith.

Insurance Matters Agreement means the Insurance Matters Agreement to be entered into by and between Lazard Group and LFCM on the date hereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto, with such changes as may be agreed by the parties thereto.

Insurance Matters Agreement means the Insurance Matters Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among NGC, New NGC and HII, as may be amended or modified from time to time.
