Insufficient Seller definition

Insufficient Seller means a Seller who has made a Notice of Tender in respect of a Non-Qualifying Port.
Insufficient Seller means a Seller who has madesubmitted a Notice of TenderSeller's Delivery Notification in respect of a Non-Qualifyingany Delivery Port where the total combined lots to be delivered by all Sellers is less than 80 lots.
