Instruments and Chattel Paper definition

Instruments and Chattel Paper means instruments and chattel paper and any replacements therefor and other writings which evidence a right to the payment of money and which are not themselves security agreements or leases and are of a type which in the ordinary course of business are transferred by delivery with any necessary endorsement or assignment, including, without limitation, all checks, drafts, notes, bonds, debentures, government securities, certificates of deposit, options and warrants in which Debtor now has or hereafter acquires any rights.

  • Such Grantor has delivered to the Administrative Agent all Collateral constituting Instruments and Chattel Paper.

"Tangible document of title" means a document of title evidenced by a record consisting of information that is inscribed on a tangible medium.
