Documents of Title definition

Documents of Title. Has the meaning given that term in the UCC.
Documents of Title means all present and future documents (as defined in the UCC), and any and all warehouse receipts, bills of lading, shipping documents, chattel paper, instruments and similar documents, all whether negotiable or not and all goods and Inventory relating thereto and all cash and non-cash proceeds of the foregoing.
Documents of Title means all or any part of any documents of title, whether negotiable or non-negotiable, including all warehouse receipts and bills of lading, in which any Grantor now or subsequently has an interest.

  • The fee shall accompany a Form A to apply for reinstatement of the title along with those documents set forth in §80.207 of this title (relating to Reinstatement of Canceled Documents of Title).

  • Lodging agents who require special transaction receipts are requested to prepare such receipts and submit them for stamping together with the Documents of Title lodged.

More Definitions of Documents of Title

Documents of Title means all present and future warehouse receipts, bills of lading, shipping documents, chattel paper, instruments and similar documents, all whether negotiable or not and all goods and inventory relating thereto and all cash and non-cash proceeds of the foregoing.

Documents of Title. Instruments", "Intangibles", "Securities", "proceeds", "inventory" and "accession" whenever used herein shall be interpreted pursuant to their respective meanings when used in the Personal Property Security Act of Ontario, as amended from time to time, which Act, including amendments thereto and any Act substituted therefor and amendments thereto is herein referred to as the "P.P.S.A." Provided always that the term "Goods" when used herein shall not include "consumer goods" of Debtor as that term is defined in the P.P.S.A., and the term "Inventory" when used herein shall include livestock and the young thereof after conception and crops that become such within the year of execution of this Security Agreement. Any reference herein to "Collateral" shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed a reference to "Collateral or any part thereof".
Documents of Title shall have the same meaning ascribed to such term under the UCC.
