Inmate status definition

Inmate status means when an individual sentenced to the Department of Corrections is on parole, work release, completes a sentence, is transferred to a half-way house, is on furlough, is transferred to another facility, is deceased, is issued a travel permit, or is discharged.

Examples of Inmate status in a sentence

  • Inmate status is not terminated until the individual is paroled or otherwise unconditionally and permanently released.

  • Inmate status is interrupted when an individual is admitted as an inpatient to a medical institution.

  • An inmate who is a Release Eligible Inmate may only have restored any Good Time that was forfeited during the time that the inmate was on Release Eligible Inmate status.

  • Inmate status is not terminated until the individual is paroled, otherwise unconditionally and permanently released.

  • Inmate status is not terminated until the individual is paroled or otherwise unconditionally or permanently released or pardoned and no longer resides in a penal setting.

  • Requirement: Verification of Inmate status is not required when a report of entrance is received from the individual.

  • Inmate status shall apply to an individual who is accused of a criminal offense and is sent directly to an IMD either for a mental examination or because the individual is determined mentally incompetent to stand trial.

  • However, an inmate who engages in misconduct while on REI Status on the current judgment and sentence, and is found guilty of misconduct may have forfeited only EMD awarded for the period of time that the inmate was on Release Eligible Inmate status.

  • Residency Inmate status may be used to verify California residency if: 1) there is no other evidence of California residency available, 2) CDCR or SD confirms that the inmate is incarcerated in a correctional facility, 3) the inmate declares an intent to reside, and 4) there is no evidence to suggest the inmate will not be a California resident in the month of release.

  • Inmate status at a penal facility (correctional) begins at the time of confinement.Residence in the institution is terminated by parole, discharge, release on bond, or whenever the individual is allowed to return and reside in their home.

Whenever a mandatory severance period applies under applicable law with respect to a termination of service as an employee, Active Status shall be considered terminated upon such Employee’s receipt of notice of termination in whatever form prescribed by applicable law.

  • refugee status means the recognition by a Member State of a third-country national or a stateless person as a refugee;

  • travel status with respect to an employee means absence of the employee from his/her headquarters or geographic location on Justice Institute of British Columbia business with the approval of the Employer, but travel status does not apply to employees temporarily assigned to a position outside of his/her headquarters or geographic location or to field status employees;

  • Inactive status means the status of a practitioner licensed or registered pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 153 who is not currently engaged in the practice of dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting in the state of Iowa and who has paid the required renewal fee but who has not met the requirements for continuing education.

  • Level VI Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status, Level IV Status or Level V Status.

  • Level V Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status or Level IV Status.

  • Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Indemnifiable Event means any event or occurrence related to Indemnitee’s service for the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate as an Indemnifiable Person (as defined below), or by reason of anything done or not done, or any act or omission, by Indemnitee in any such capacity.

  • Full Capacity Deliverability Status or “FCDS” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Tax-Free Status means the qualification of a Distribution or any other transaction contemplated by the IRS Ruling or any Tax Opinion as a transaction in which gain or loss is not recognized, in whole or in part, and no amount is included in income, including by reason of Distribution Taxes, for U.S. federal, state, and local income tax purposes (other than intercompany items, excess loss accounts or other items required to be taken into account pursuant to Treasury Regulations promulgated under Section 1502 of the Code).

  • Licensed assistant behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, who is licensed as an assistant behavior analyst by the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services and who provides behavioral therapy under the supervision of a licensed behavior analyst or psychologist.
